How hard is it to set up Mercury Office?

We understand the concerns involved in replacing your existing customer database.  But we are so certain that our Mercury Office Travel Database system is so much better and cheaper than our competitors that we work very hard to make the transition as easy as possible.

We will discuss with you a plan of how the installation should proceed, and look carefully at your existing system for any opportunities to merge data.  To date, we have successfully merged the customer details of our clients old database into Mercury Office.

We also recommend a period of cross over, where both your old database and new Mercury Office installation run concurrently.  This period will be kept as short as possible, but will help in bringing old data over.
